I totally agree with Oprah in the above quote, because I feel we all have a personal calling or passion to follow in each lifetime and its very important to listen to the inner voice and allowing the energy of the universe to lead you. After searching for many years for mine, Hypnotherapy found me. I feel my main purpose and goal is to help those who are truely ready for change in their life to achieve this change. 

I have been on a journey of personal development and spiritual discovery for many years. During my life I have embraced a number of jobs and professions including child care, salesperson, tarot consultant, clothing designer, phone crisis counselor, and I also owned and operated a successful small retail business for many years.

I love sharing my knowledge and I have facilitated many personal and spiritual workshops. My studies and training over the years have included the following modalities:

I am constantly up dating my skills and presently I work in my private clinical hypnotherapy practice at Hillcrest/Browns Plains, Brisbane.
 
As a therapist I cannot solve your problems for you or heal you or your pain. Only you can heal yourself. My role as therapist is to be a  guide who can show you the road to personal freedom.You'd be surprised how many professionals in this field totally avoid processing their own emotions and doing any experiential work whatsoever. Good therapy isn't about theory,it's a combination of applied understanding and emotional healing. How can someone take you somewhere they are not willing to go? I have personally done the emotional work you are attempting to do. My life is dedicated to personal transformation, and I have been actively growing and healing myself. Because of the work I have done on myself it makes it easier to motivate you, inspire you, be compassionate and help you open the doors in your mind and heart that have been closed.

I focus both on exploring and healing the causes of unwanted behavioral and emotional patterns, and on giving you concrete action steps you can take in your every day life to break your unhealthy habits and discover new, healthier ways of approaching the same old issues. It's not enough to analise your past--you need to unlearn behaviors that don't work for you, and learn ones that do.
