You will find that your Spiritual Regression is going to be a little different from traditional hypnosis: I always offer ample time for you to recall your past lives and Your sessions will be an "interactive" experience. Rather than passively receiving hypnotic suggestions, you will share out loud about the events you are re-experiencing. The amount of information you receive will vary. I have found that the quantity of material does not have significant bearing on the results. A snippet of a scene, like a dream fragment, can prove as rich in meaning as a complex memory filled with detail. How you receive your past-life information will also vary. Some people are highly visual and it is as if a panorama of their past life unfolds like a movie before their eyes. For others it is more natural to remember events through their feelings or to hear sounds and conversations or taste/smell or simply to "know" with a sixth sense.
How Many Sessions Will You Need?
Some people come for only one session and find it deals with the reason they wanted to do this work. Other people may come back for two or three, clearing issues in greater depth as they go. This is not a conventional therapy, but part of your spiritual journey and development and you will know when and if you need to do more work.
