Fees and Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking.
For the initial booking, you are required to pay by credit card for the very first two-hour session to secure the appointment.
Payment will be deducted 48 hours before the initial appointment, so you have up until 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment, otherwise your card will be charged for the FULL cost of the session.
Upon booking your appointment by telephone you will be given a standard hourly rate incl gst, which will be applicable to everyone, as well as the time of your appointment and directions on how to get to the clinic.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance. Changes or cancellations made less than 48 business hours in advance will incur the charge of the FULL rate for that session.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged to your credit card, or your credit will be used up if you are in advance.
