Terms and Conditions for Hypnotherapy Appointments

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree to abide by the most recent version of this Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you view and use the Website. You are accordingly advised to consult the Terms and Conditions Agreement each time you view and use the Website. Do not use the Website if you do not agree to all of the following Terms and Conditions.

It is also important to remember that even though Hypnotherapy works for one person for a number of factors it may not work for everyone and in regards to that Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

When we schedule an appointment for you, we deem that scheduled appointment as a definite booking and as such we will be investing preparation time prior to your appointment, in order to give you tailor-made treatment. Although standard techniques are employed, there is no such thing as 'standard, one-size-fits-all' therapy we have created that time personally for you.

To secure the appointment a credit number is required at the time of booking the initial first two-hour session.

In the event of not having a credit card then a bank deposit to our nominated account for the full fee of the session will be necessary.

 You have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment otherwise we reserve the right to charge the card holder for the FULL cost of the session.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least 2 BUSINESS days in advance (Mon-Sat 9am-5.00pm Australia Brisbane time). So if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on the Friday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you will need to cancel the Saturday before during business hours and so on.

Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 business days) hours in advance will result in the credit card holder incurring the charge of the FULL rate for that session. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged to your credit card. No exceptions.

For urgent/last minute appointments made within the 48 hours (2 business days) period then the fee required for that appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking the appointment and is non refundable. No Exceptions.

In the instance of a friends or family multiple party booking, where two or more sessions are booked on the same day and result in a late cancellation or in not showing up for the sessions this will result in the credit card holder incurring the charge of the FULL rate for those sessions, No exceptions.

Hypno-Band Weight Loss Sessions

To secure the 4 Hypno-Band appointments a credit number is required at the time of booking.

If you are not a Credit Card holder then a Bank deposit of $50.00 is required to our nominated bank account. We cannot confirm your appointments until the deposit is received.

The total cost of the 4 sessions is $490.00.

An initial deposit of $50.00 will be deducted at the time of booking the 4 sessions.

The Balance of $440.00 is to be paid at the first session.

The fee for the four Hypno-band sessions is non negotiable and non refundable.

Any remaining sessions can be used within six months of the date of the initial appointment.

You have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment otherwise we reserve the right to forfeit the session.

 If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least TWO BUSINESS Days in advance (Mon-Sat 9am-5.00pm Australia Brisbane time). So if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on the Friday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you will need to cancel the Saturday before during business hours and so on.

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 48 business hours in advancewill result in losing that session. In re-booking the missed or late cancelled session, the session will have to be paid for in advance, at the rate of that missed session.

 Credit card payment:  we accept credit card payments either Visa or Mastercard however there is a 2% bank charge. We do not accept Amex or Diners.

Eftpos: There is a 1% charge for Savings or Cheque.
